Dear Gentle Dentistry Patients:
Due to a third-party construction error, our phone lines were accidentally cut, and we have been without phone service since Thursday morning, June 30. We have been told it will take several days to repair. All 11 of our Gentle Dentistry clinics and central office are currently unable to make or receive calls.
While we are working diligently with Century Link and Allstream to get this repaired, the July 4th holiday is delaying the effort.
During this time, you can still reach your clinic by texting the clinic’s phone number and we will respond as quickly as possible. We hope to have this issue resolved soon.
