Team Gentle Dentistry –
Exciting news from the Governor today that dental practices will be able to start opening our dental clinics on May 11. We’re as anxious to get started as you are!
Our limiting factor is having adequate PPE to assure you and our patients are safe so it is likely we will be phasing openings. Additional recommendations and mandates came out today from the CDC and ADA on shields around reception desks, air filtration needs and screening between operatories that will require some facility accommodations. We have a vendor in place and will be working quickly to get that done.
New Hope Quebec and Hutchinson have been providing emergency care since we had to shut down so they will be first to open. We’ve learned a lot from the great work Dr. Atme and Tanya Iverson, and Dr. Park and Jose Reyes have done through this entire ordeal. We will keep building on those learnings and all the work that Rosa and Kelly have done to make sure we can operate safely.

Central Office Team
- We will be talking with you individually on when we can fully re -open the Central Office. As clinic openings will be staggered, it is likely we will need to stagger our return to full staffing.
Be patient with us, please, as we get all the details lined up. We have had supplies on order and are still waiting on confirmation of deliveries. We simply won’t compromise and take risks with your safety and the safety of our patients so clinic openings will be staggered.
We’ll be communicating regularly and will be having individual conversations with you as we can confirm PPE deliveries and know more on timing. Thank you for your ongoing support. We appreciate you very much. Don’t hesitate to connect with one of us if you have questions or concerns.
