As we all face this unprecedented calamity, I want you to know how much I appreciate all of you and your efforts. I am very grateful.
We are committed to keeping our company and its employees as strong as possible. While our clinics are shut down and our payments from the insurance companies have all but stopped, I want you to know that we will be covering the company’s portion of your medical insurance for the month of April. You’ll be hearing from Charlie and Bette shortly on the details.
The latest word from the Governor and MN Board of Dentistry is that we potentially can re-open April 15. I share your hopes that that is the case. Until then, we need to remain calm, follow the Governor’s order to “stay home” and follow the CDC guidelines to protect our health.
I’m very proud of our Emergency Response Teams for their willingness to provide emergency dental services at New Hope Quebec and our Hutchinson clinics. We’ve also done our part by donating desperately needed PPE equipment to our medical colleagues at HCMC.
Please know that our Leadership Team is working round-the-clock to assure we are ready to go when we can be back in full operations. Watch for news about the new teledentistry option that we’ve put in place to take care of patients who are needing immediate dental consultation.
